Parentis is a modern care platform for parents and their children dedicated to reducing parental stress. We match you with a board certified Master’s degree level Advisors that have experience in supporting the stresses of parenting and child developmental needs. Clients can receive 24/7 messaging with their Advisor in addition to twice a month phone or video check-ins and weekly personalized plans.

(“Parentis” or “we” or “us”) collects from you when you use our Service, including e-mailing, calling, or texting us or accessing our cloud-based storage files (the “Service”) or interact with our third party partners (“Partners”). We take reasonable measures to protect your personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) to prevent against unauthorized use, access, disclosure, and destruction. What information we collect. 

Contact Information: If you choose to contact us using an “@parentis.io”related e-mail or text message, our website, or sign-up form, we’ll collect information you share including contact information, such as your name, phone number, and email address, for us to communicate with you. If you write a message, we will store the message so we can reference it to tailor our responses to you. 

Professional Credentials & Work History: Completion of our intake survey provide us with the credentials, areas of expertise, work history,

Payment Information: We will request any necessary payment information through secure means to charge you for our services. 

Access Device and Browser Information. When you access our Service from a computer or other device, we may collect information from that device, such as your Internet protocol address, browser type, connection speed, device model, operating system version, and access times. 

Account and Other Data: The information that we collect may include, but is not limited to: 1) your name; username; email address; home address; phone number; date of birth; IP address; images from linked social media accounts; and your current photographs, videos, and other images and information derived from them (the “Account Information”); 2) your activity on our Service (e.g., interaction on the Service, clicks on pages, etc.); 3) the content of messages sent to us through the Service; and 4) any other information that you choose to share with us. Minors 

Our Service is not directed to children under 13. If you learn that a child under 13 has provided us with Personal Information without consent, please contact us. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with his or her Personal Information, we will promptly delete such data. 

Business Transitions

Do-Not-Track 

You may have implemented a “do not track” signal through your browser. As there currently is no fixed standard for do not track signals, we currently do not respond to do not track signals from your web browser. 

Data Retention and Destruction

You can request that your information be deleted by contacting us at the email address provided at the bottom of this Privacy Policy. At the time your information is deleted, we will destroy your Personal Information using reasonable data destruction practices.
